Home Essentials for Sustainable Living

Yes. Thanks to their anatomical shape and non-slip inner surface, they stay securely in place on your palm during deadlifts, pull-ups, and pulling exercises. That is precisely the problem we aimed to solve when developing our sizing system: it is typically one-size-fits-all grips that slip, not those that are properly fitted.

You will clearly feel the fretboard. We intentionally kept the silicone layer thin: it provides enough protection for your skin without creating the "dead hand" sensation typical of thick pads. Most users report that it feels like an extension of the hand rather than a hindrance.

Gloves cover the entire hand and trap heat and moisture, yet—fairly or not—are considered a hallmark of beginners in most fitness communities. Grip pads protect only the palm, offer better ventilation, and are compact enough to fit in a pocket. You get the same level of protection—without the bulk or the questionable reputation.

After intense workouts, wash them with warm water and mild soap, then let them air dry. Unlike fabric models, silicone does not absorb moisture or odors, so they do not develop the unpleasant smell typical of their fabric counterparts.
